Castelbrando, a Magnificient Medieval Castle

The wedding reception can be held at the Restaurant Sansovino. It is located in Venetian-style historical halls with ancient stuccoes and precious furniture, where guests can enjoy highly refined and seasonal cuisine.

Towards the end of the celebration the castle welcomes its guest into eight bars and wineries, individually themes and located in different areas. “The Donatello” is tucked under the castle foundations, while “The Orangerie” offers panoramic views from the terrace. “The Guecello” is set in the lovely garden, as for the “Cantina di Ottone” and the “Enoteca del Conte” they are situated in authentic archaeological surroundings.

The oldest wing of the castle houses the Spa “Principessa Gaia”. Here the couple can enjoy a pampered day before their wedding, taking advantage of the swimming-pool, hydro-massage, Turkish bath built into a Roman structure, Finnish saunas, Kneipp hydro-route, and a a large variety of treatments and massages. How to get to Castelbrando:

By car from A27 Venezia-Belluno highway, exit at Vittorio Veneto Nord and follow directions to Follina and Valdobbiadene. After 12 km you will get to Cison di Valmarino where Castelbrando stands.

By plane Marco Polo International Airport in Venice (70 km. – 50 minutes). Antonio Canova Airport in Treviso (50 km – 40 minutes).

By train from Venezia Mestre railway station, linked to the main Italian centres, go until the railway station in Conegliano Veneto, where a taxi service is available (23 km – 20 minutes)
